The Italian Festival 2012 
                       Booth Prices

As you all know, festival time is not far away -- which means that organizations should start now making plans and preparations for their booths. Enclosed is a booth registration form, important information regarding the 2012 festival, and a list of rules/regulations. We ask that you submit your booth application with payment by March 1st, 2012 for renewals. After this date booths will be assigned as payment is received.

NEW DAYS, DATES AND TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

FESTIVAL DATES:

Friday (if you so desire), April 20, 2012 ----- 6 p.m. to midnight
Saturday, April 21, 2012 ----- 8 a.m. to midnight
Sunday, April 22, 2012 ----- 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The rental cost for booth space this year will be as follows:

$265.00 for 8' x 9'
$315.00 for 8' x 17'
$325.00 for 8’x 20’
$365.00 for 8' x 25'
NOTE: A $60.00 fee for electricity will be charged in addition to the booth fee.

A cleaning deposit of $100.00 must be included in amount submitted with this application. This $100.00 fee will be returned to you if your site is clean by the deadline (Sunday – April 29th ) and that there are no rules/regulation violations.

The success of the festival depends a great deal on the quality and quantity of food served. As in the past, we are appealing to everyone for their cooperation in stocking their food booths. Your effort in this area will be most appreciated.

Food booths that are trailer mounted can only be set up on Thursday Afternoon after 3:00 pm until Saturday  April 14, 2012 until 3:00 pm, NO OTHER TIME WILL BE ALLOWED. All others booths can start setting up after 4:00 pm on Saturday the 14th of April. All payments are required before set up can begin.
