The Italian Festival
Arts & Crafts Application
You are invited to join in the great fun and excitement of our Italian Festival that is held in Tickfaw, La (Tangipahoa Parish). Last year was a great success with the arts and crafts. This year’s festival will be held on April 20th, 21st, and 22nd of 2012 times are as follows.
April 20 th, 6:00 PM till Midnight
April 21st, 8:00 AM till Midnight
April 22 nd, 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM
Booth size is 10’ x 10’ and the fee is $100.00. There will be an additional fee of $25:00 if electricity is needed. Retail Booths are $325.00 per booth, this includes electricity. There will be limited space available. If you are interested in attending our festival, please fill out the application, and return with fees to the address below since this is a non-profit function NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ( MONEY ORDERS ONLY FOR ARTS AND CRAFTS BOOTHS). You must apply for all permits or licenses within town and parish in which the festival is being held.
(Remember to bring you own lighting and extension cords).

ARTS AND GRAFTS: WILL BE DEFINED AS HAND-MADE OR HAND-ALTERED ITEMS. NO ITEMS BROUGHT TO BE RE-SOLD WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS ARTS AND CRAFTS. ALL BOOTH FEES AND REGULATIONS WILL REMAIN THE SAME EXCEPT FOR RETAIL ITEM FEES. IF NEEDED BRING YOUR OWN LIGHTING & EXTENSION CORDS.
RETAIL ITEMS: WILL BE DEFINED AS ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEEN PURSHASED BY VENDOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF RE-SALE WITH NO ALTERATIONS BEING MADE TO THE PRODUCT. THERE WILL BE NO DUPLICATION OF ITEMS SOLD IN A RETAIL BOOTH SECTION; ONCE YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO SELL AN ITEM YOU HAVE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO THAT ITEM. THERE WILL BE A LIMIT OF FIVE ITEAMS SOLD IN A RETAIL BOOTH AND THEY MUST BE LISTED AND APPROVED BY THE FESTIVAL BOARD. ALL RETAIL BOOTHS WILL BE GIVEN A 10X 30 FT. SPACE WITH ELECTRICITY (110 V RECEPTACLE). BRING YOUR EXTENSION CORDS.
